Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. Our cancellation policy allows flexibility while balancing our operational requirements.
Order Cancellation Timeframes
- Pre-Processing Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled without penalty if the request is received within 2 hours of order placement or before it is sent for printing.
- Processing Stage Cancellations: Orders in the processing stage cannot be cancelled.
- Post-Processing Cancellations: Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
How to Cancel an Order
- Log into your account and select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on the "Cancel Order" button if the option is available
- If the option is not available, contact customer service immediately via phone or email
- Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
Cancellation Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been processed. If your order cannot be cancelled because it has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return process instead.
Cancellation Refunds
- For cancelled orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2 business days
- The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time (typically 2-3 business days)
Special Orders
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please consider carefully before placing orders for custom items.
Bulk Orders
Cancellations for bulk orders may be subject to different terms, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
