The logo design tools provided on this Site employ a limited number of elements. Shahji Global Biz Private Limited reserves the right to use all such elements and to make all such elements available for use by other parties in the future. You do not obtain any right or claim to any individual logo design elements through your creation of a logo design. 

Shahji Global Biz Private Limited provides no warranty that logo designs created using the design tools will not infringe upon the trademark or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain legal advice regarding whether the logo design is legally available for your use.

5. User Conduct and Content

All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shahji Global Biz Private Limited is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors. 

Payment must be received prior to acceptance of an order unless Cash on Delivery option is selected. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site.

You agree to pay all taxes, including GST or other similar taxes, whether international, national, state, or local, however designated, which are levied or imposed with respect to your purchase. If applicable, you must provide your GST registration number and Entity Name, which must correspond to the billing address provided.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, India.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

13.2 Waiver 

The failure of Shahji Global Biz Private Limited to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
