Delivery Timeframes 

  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available for select products and locations) 
  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days 
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days (varies by destination country) 

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and external factors such as weather conditions or transportation delays. 

Shipping Process

  2. Packaging & Dispatch: 1 business day 
  3. Transit: Varies by delivery method and destination 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package's progress through our website or directly with the courier service. 

Delivery Areas 

We currently deliver to most locations within India. For international shipping, please contact customer service before you order. 

Important Delivery Information 

  • All deliveries require a signature confirmation upon receipt 
  • Shahji Global Biz Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political disruptions, natural disasters, or customs delays 
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete; we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information 
  • If you're not available during delivery, the courier may leave a note with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your package 
  • After three failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery 

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact customer service immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has been processed.
